The Feed The Nation Concert

On September 23rd, 2006 at the Grand Lake Farmers Market

Mo' Better Food and the Marin County Farmers Market Association have come together to support healthy food in all communities.  Mo' Better Food's healthy economics campaign seeks to reconnect African American farmers to the urban communities.  After the Feed The Nation Concert, The Oakland International Film Festival is hosting a screening of the film Ripe For Change at the Grand Lake Theater.  Tickets for the film Ripe For Change can be purchased on the www.oiff.org website.

How can your organization become apart of these events?

Your organization can purchase a booth space at the Feed The Nation Concert.  Booth spaces are $500.00 or your organization can trade goods or services for a booth space.  We are very open to the many possibilities, thus give us a call.  We appreciate your support to support African American farmers and continue the tradition of us feeding ourselves.
